i used to use 02 pay as you go,but recently i have taken line rental network and other facility is really excellent but, customer care is really so so damn good, cause sometimes they don't care who is calling?is that any customer or someone seeking his debted pound, need to get more knowledge about customer care, i don't think so they have got??but Network is allright acknowledging it ...

I recently wanted to change my mobile. I decided to go from "pay as you go" to contract. I scanned the different sites on the web and found that O2 was one of the best site. I found it very informative and detailed pictures of each phone. The only problem with only seeing the picture is that you cannot get the whole feel for the phone. I decided to go into several phone shops to see what offers they could give me. To my horror these were much more ...

(Wow, the rhyme in that title!) I have been an O2 Online customer for several years - in fact, I joined when it was still BT Genie. I frequently go to their website to check my bill and look at other services. O2 take great pride in offering exlusively online services, and their slogan is at the moment "the leading mobile phone site on the web". I recently decided to change networks after 4 years with T-mobile, and after searching the shops and the Internet, I finally decided to go with O2 Online. The O2 Website is pretty straight forward to use. Firstly, buying a phone from them is probably a good start! The homepage has some fab deals on it that you can click on directly for more details or to buy. In the online shop, you can search for a tariff and a phone which suits you. Most new contracts ...
