08000 MUMDAD Reverse Charge Call

I've been on contract for a while now therefore don't have to deal with the infuriating task of topping up my phone with credit on a regular basis, however upon getting a new phone recently, my contract was cut off due to a misunderstanding with 02, I was therefore left with a decision to make; do I quit while I'm ahead and cut off my contact altogether, starting afresh with a new one or do I wait for my sim to be reconnected by 02 and simply use a pay as you go sim for the time being? for a 4 minute conversation with my gf they are now charging me over £30 and counting. they sent me 4 texts once in the space of about 10minutes and each text costs £3 to recieve which is just another way to con ppl out of credit. everytime ive topped up theyve taken all my credit just after my free texts are added luckily from 02. i had to speak to 02 and get some money back from them and the problem is still there, they will just keep taking money, one text from them costs the same as 2mins of conversation over there network, its an absolute joke just more hidden charges that take forever to ... more
