I'm not much of a lover of yogurts, but from looking at the picture on the sleeve it looked thick and creamy, this combined with the fact that each pot has a maximum of 62 calories and the delicious flavours, I just could not resist giving them a try and I'm glad I did. They are all very tasty, they are full of flavour and texture, not like a lot of bland yogurts out there. I have found each one to be reasonably filling and an adequate stop gap snack to get me through to lunch time or a delicious dessert. * Home made oven chips - cut a potato up into chips, parboil and then spray with an oil spray. Cook in the oven until golden brown (about 15-20 minutes). Alternatively use frozen oven chips - Tesco's own are very nice.
* Boiled potatoes - virtually fatfree & absolutely lovely. Alternatively buy ready prepared potatoes or tins of new potatoes. I love steamed baby new potatoes served with lean chicken/fish and fresh veg.
* Mashed potato or packet mashed potato - I like Tesco's own. Team it with grilled fish fingers or lowfat sausages and peas & carrots.
* Eat boiled not fried rice with chicken and vegetables
* Buy lowfat garlic baguettes (just 15g per baguette) or make your own garlic bread
