In my 30 years as a property dealer, I have never found anyone with the professionalism of 1st4Clearance. The house I sold a couple of weeks ago was under an inch of dust and debris left over by the previous owner. I made a few changes to the washroom, which added another pile to the heap! 1st4Clearance came in, completed the job in less than an hour and left the house looking much better.
