I would certainly not hesitate to use the services of 1staudiovisual again, I was very impressed with their service and even more impressed that I managed to get a better model TV at the same price as the inferior model being offered in my local electrical store. It really goes to show the amazing savings that you can make by ordering online rather than using high street shops. If you are looking for a new television and a simple to use online ordering service with prompt delivery then I would recommend 1st audiovisual, a company that I was put in touch with by a colleague of mine who has used them several time in the past as well as recommending them to his friends who like me have experienced trouble free shopping. The range of goods is impressive, the online tracking system is very reassuring and the customer service ... ...and I would not hesitate to use this company again. Its is very rare that I feel the need to comment about anything online and when I do it is normally to warn people of bad service or low quality products but for once I am actually impressed. I recently ordered a surround sound system for my daughter with 1staudiovisual.co.uk, mainly because of the price but also because I have read several raving reviews for them. I mistakenly gave my daughters address for the delivery and realized my mistake once ... ...be near on impossible to rectify my mistake, which is so often the case when you have ordered something online but in this instance I was proven wrong. It took one phone call to sort out the change of address, the customer service rep was well informed and very efficient and had the problem solved in seconds. I was able to track the order online and it turned up two days later at the correct address and I was absolutely delighted with the service ...
