Advantages: Very polite phone staff, very good prices, fast delivery. Disadvantages: Shame their automated emails send out confusing messages.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!! I have never encountered such appalling levels of customer care from any organisation. Customer enquiries are treated with contempt. Impossible to get response on 'helpline' despite hanging on for an average of 25 minutes: I have never been able to get through and talk to an advisor. Emails are not answered in a timely manner and questions are not answered. To compound the situation, it is also evident that even the 'directors' of 24electric.com are not interested in providing a satisfactory level of service: having copied their E-Commerce Director (sclark@bennettsretail.co.uk) in on the correspondence, I never received a response. Advantages: Orderprocess appeared to be efficient and confirmation of order and service required confirmed Disadvantages: The service we requuested was not fulfilled and we were left having to a great deal of inconvenience and wasted time and money
Having purchased a dual fuel cooker from this firm and paying for installment the cooker was delivered by a franchised company. 24electricnot been notified that connection was part of the contract. On contacting 24 electric they were totally disinterested - not returning calls and on one occasion told me 'that they would do nothing about it ' I am left with a cooker that is not connected - presumambly having to find someone to connect it, take further ...

I would NEVER under any circumstances, deal with 'company' again. We think it is just ONE person manning a phone, who is not one bit interested in customer care. We ordered goods which when, they arrived were not as described on the web page - A VERY MISLEADING advert but we did not know the goods were useless to us until they arrived - the company then charged us £60 to return the goods. If we did not agree to this £60 return fee, we LOST the whole ...
