Being in the process of having my kitchen re-fitted, I decided to source my own cooker and hood, rather than stick to one of the limited options offered by Kitchens Direct. When I noticed that things didn’t seem to be coming out of our fridge as cold as they used to -despite it being turned up full - I invested in a fridge thermometer. We ordered a chest freezer from 365 Electrical in October 2005. This was delivered on the due day but we were not forewarned by a telephone call, as promised. The sole deliveryman could not gain access through our side door so took the package (on a trolley) to the back of the house, where he delivered it via French windows. The following morning we noticed that our side door doorstep was damaged. Some of the slabs had been split and the supporting pieces had broken under impact.
