...to be a busy-body, but 365electrical.com (also part of MarksElectrical.co.uk) totally screwed me over - sending me completely the wrong items (wrong brand - cheaper obviously!, and wrong colour), and refused to exchange them unless I paid another £50 per item pickup charge to swap them! The saving I made on this website as opposed to laskeys.com, littlewoodsappliances.com and appliancesonline.com was only £15 to £25 - and now they want to charge ... ...- not interested in keeping a customer base - when i explained the situation and that I wouldnt be recommending them to anyone if they didnt put right their mistake, their response was, and i quote "well it doesnt matter because we've got your money now sir". Ordered a fridge freezer, order process went fine, the price was good, and so was the delivery time. The item arrived and was delivered in such a careless manner that it damaged the item. One person carelessley handled the item off the van and could not wait to dissapear.
Also parts missing, I am having to sort the matter out direct with the manufacturer.

Brilliant service and found them to be very friendly. I found them to be really competative on price and an easy to use ordering system. Ordered and delivered within 2 days by delivery man Arran who was a really helpful and friendly guy, instead of just duping it in the hallway he took it steight through into kitchen without hesitating, even the dog took to him and wouldnt leave him alone!
