...Picture the scene. My friends and I (note the good English!) have just finished our A-levels, and have about 3 months free to have some fun. It may sound a little sad to most people, but it's actually quite a lot of fun. Computer games you see, that's the reason! ...This is a cool piece of kit, basically a 3Com IIIx, but with a translucent case like the iMac. Other than that it is identical to the 3com IIIx, with the same cradle and palm desktop software. The palm PDA's really come into their own when they are used in conjunction with the Microsoft Outlook Conduit to read your PC email offline, and reply offline. The included Palm Desktop software included is adequate, but not substantial for use, but you can download thousands of other Freeware / Shareware / 3rd party apps. Battery life is excellent, (About 3 months for a set of 2 AAA batteries!) All in all, you should buy one!... Read review
