Advantages: Connection speed is really good and range is quite wonderful Disadvantages: Sometimes gets disconnected
...I have used Netgear router and based on my experience i can say that performance wise its really good. There are some problems like connection gets disconnected sometimes but that happens because of other frequencies as well, so if you configure your router in a good way, it really gives you a great output.
It's key features are:
5 in 1: Modem, router, firewall, 4-port switch & wireless access point ,Compatible with 802.11b wireless networks and True Firewall & WPA-PSK encryption protects against intruders.
The best thing i like about this is that The built-in True Firewall features Stateful Packet Inspection (SPI) and Denial of Service (DOS), which operate as your first line of attack against intruders. The DG834G provides both WEP and WPA-PSK wireless encryption standards to protect your network from eavesdroppers and bandwidth...

Advantages: easy to install Disadvantages: cant think of any
...this netgear wirelessrouter is the best way of connecting to the internet that i have found. I used to have a sagem f@st 800, but this was very unreilable, so i decided to purchase this.
When we got it home it looked very simple to install, but when it actually came to installing it, it didnt seem to want to. We phoned technical support who suggested that we take it back to where we purchased it to see if we could get a replacement - which we did (turned out the first one was faulty), installed this one very easily and we were up and running in no-time.
We have never had any problems with it working, and we always get a very good signal all round the house. I use it to connect my laptop in the living room to the router in the office....

Advantages: Fast speeds, Reliable, Stylish Disadvantages: I had wireless problems, Gets a bit warm, no restart router option in config
...The Linksys WAG160NN300 is an ADSL2+ wireless modem router, meaning it has a a modem built in. It is for use with BT Internet connections rather than for use with a Cable broadband connection (i.e. Virgin) although a Cable version is also available. It?s an ADSL2 router, which means it supports the newer ADSL standard, which could mean faster transfer speeds although this really depends on your line quality, distance from Exchange, service with ISP, etc. The router currently costs £74.99 from PC World but a bit less at £59.99 on their website. I bought mine about 8 months ago on Ebuyer for around £55.
IN THE BOX
You receive two ADSL filter
s, RJ11cable, user manual, manual and software CD, power adapter and lastly, the router itself.
THE ROUTER ITSELF
One thing I quite like about the router is that it looks quite...
