Advantages: Very Robust, Well Constructed, Will Last A Lifetime! Disadvantages: No lamp counter
...are usually very cheap. Expect to pay between £120 and £150 dependent on condition and for that money this really is a bargain.
Updated, I've just added a few pictures to backup my review. The picture of the projector running was done in a dimmed room, yet is projecting direct onto my chocolate brown wall - there is no screen! As you will see, a good image size is easily achievable. the projector is setup 3m away from the wall for that photo. Please accept my apologies for the quality of the picture, I couldn't turn the flash off on my digital cam as it has an automatic sensor, so when it's dark the flash automatically comes on. I was forced to use my camera phone, but I hope it gives you some indication of quality and image size.
The next picture shows the inputs on the projector, you probably wont be able to tell from the picture...

Advantages: User friendly, Bright and good quality Disadvantages: A recommended 3 metres from the screen or wall etc
...We have a few of these projectors at our company and I have to say they are one of the easiest digitalprojectors we have, has we have a selection of philips, epsons and mitsubishi projectors as well.
The main advantages with this projector is the quality and brightness of the image you get. It is clear at the front of the room and just as clear at the back of the room.
The zoom and focus controls are easy to use by anyone without knowledge of digitalprojectors, which is located at the front.
The menu features are set out in an easy and neat way for anyone to operate, with simple arrow buttons to move around the menus and selection is with the enter key located in the centre of them. There are security options, brightness and zoom features, location options (which basically means that if you fix the projector to the ceiling you can...

Advantages: Easy to use, good picture quality Disadvantages: Fairly large by modern standards
...I was able to obtain this at a very advantageous price: at full RRP I probably would not have chosen it.
Very easy to set up, though sometimes switching between the many options in the set-up menus can be cumbersome. Has the option of DVI input which not all projectors have, which suits my Apple Powerbook well, and I've been able to do joint presentations with both my Powerbook and someone else's PC-laptop plugged into the projector simulatneously, switching back and forth between the two computers simply using the projector's remote control.
As with all DLP projectors the colours look a bit cold on screen, even after profiling with a Spyder, but it is a lot better than other (more expensive!) DLP projectors which I've seen in action....
