i am on 3 mobile for a year now as i took out a contract last year. It is very good network and i am on 300 mix and match with unlimited 3 to 3 calls. Also you can go on windows live messenger for free and you can go on planet 3 and check out news, weather forecast, usage and also download free videos on to your phone of your horoscope, gossip news etc. I previously was on tmobile pay as you go and 10 pound credit didnt last longer than a couple ... ...to network on a recommendation of my friend and since i have had no problems. the only downside is that when you take out a fairly new phone you have to pay voice calling minutes which is really annoying as i never do videocalls with anyone and knowing that i pay £2 extra for 18 weeks means that i throw £36 in to the bin ...

Advantages: Pretty cheap for what you're getting. Disadvantages: Need to have a 3G phone before you can use the SIM, tech support can be difficult
...caught my eye was a 3 £15 deal. For the deal I got 300 any network minutes, 3000 texts and 2000 3 to 3 minutes as well as free Skype. Now I decided that I also needed the internet max package to allow me to go on Facebook and YouTube for when I had long train journeys which bumped the whole package up to £20. Not a bad deal, because if I'd gone with the PAYG option (which was seriously tempting) I'd have forked out that a month anyway. The thing ... ...HAS to be 3G as 3 don't allow 2G phones on their network and the SIM won't work) or a 3 phone. You do get a Pay As You Go SIM too, but thats not much use unless you either have another phone or someone who has a spare phone and wouldn't mind it being revived for you to call them. This is where the 2000 3 to 3 minutes come in because if you give it to someone who has an unlocked 3G phone then you can call them to your heart's content. I actually popped ...

...thinking of signing up with 3 mobile then in my opinion that is the worst move your about to make. Why ??? I hear you say. Ok I will share my experience with you and then you can decide for yourself wheather to join them or NOT !! ... I am coming to the end of my 18 month contract with 3 (thankfully) and will not be rejoining them. I have had nothing but trouble with my phone, my signal and the customer service team. The signal has never increased ... ...conversation... 3 tell me they are aware of this poor signal problem but have new technology that can rectify this !!! I asked why I couldn't have a piece of this new technology to resolve my troubles, and all I got was passed from pillar to post within the 3 customer service centre. The thing is nobody knew what I was talking about, apart from the guy that had obviously just lied to me !!! I have also been abused by a member of there customer service ...

...lie on the behalf of 3 whome have decided in there wisdome to not only stop me from doing so. they have also harrased me and tryed to push me into paying for the money. their customer service is about as good as an interigation center, you not only get put on hold and bullied you also get talked to as if you have about as much common sence as a plank of wood. to add to this desgrace on behalf of 3 they have also lied to me several times; including ... ...after posting a letter to 3 in april, this was sent recorded delivery and has been compleatly ignored. i have requested that all telephone conversations be investigated on my behalf and that i be aloud to hear what was said, however this has also been ignored. after contacting otelo on 01925430049 (for anyone who is intrested) i was told that 3 had been breakin the law in doing so know and now have 10 working days to repply (i will let you know how ...

well my 18month contract with 3 was coming to the end, and i stupidly left my mobile out in rain,,they dont like rain!
so i stupidly contacted 3 to get a new phone,and another 18month contract.
ive the 1100 talk n text,for £20 per month,which seems fair to me. they initially rang me 2 weeks before offering me a new phone and same 1100 units for £27 per month. i told them to forget it,,,,,,then after my phone packed in,i rang them,and a chap at ... ...all about??
ive been with 3 for 5 yrs now,and the reception has got better over the years,although worse where i live?
when i agreed to another 18 month contract,the 3 chap said i would get pc cable,stylus,protective cover and ear piece.
phone arrived in sealed box, inside which was a phone,battery and a charger.
oh! a free 3 pay as you go sim(to give to a friend along with my old phone!!!!).
