    I will do my best not to turn this review into a rant about the 3 Network, but please forgive me if I occasionally break that promise. I am at this moment eating humble pie as less than 24 hours ago I commented on two reviews about the Nokia 6280 stating that I was quite happy with the product (wait, I'm getting to the 3 Contract bit which this review should be about) and the service I got from 3.     Firstly i would say i am registered with the telephone preference service. One night I received a call on my land line trying to sell me a mobile network service. Regardless of what i said this company would not go away. The next night they rang again and in desperation and worn down I said yes, big mistake. As I am partly sighted I have trouble reading some small print, and found I could not read the key pad on a older model of mobile they sent a Nokia 6288 which is by no way modern for the price of 20 pounds a month.     I.ve been with three for 3 years now and i have not had any major problems only silly nags, i think the tariff that i hae is good value for money as i get 750 minutes of talk and 150 text 50 video and 50 sms text also £5 worse of downloads a month for £20 and in my book that is good. this is my first rewiew and hope you like what you have read

    Advantages Advantages Good range of cheap tariffs and wide choice of mobile phones

    Disadvantages Disadvantages poor customer service

    I was with 3 mobile for 2 years. Although the tariffs offered by the company are reasonable, I found the signal was poorer that other networks. On a plus they offer a wide range of mobile phones for you to choose from. On several occassions I was charged for games which I had never purchased. I tried to contact the company by phone and was unable to speak to anyone who was willing to help me. Finally I had to write into the company and then I was reimburse.     I haven't written a review in a while and, technically, this isn't a review. It's a recollection of my experience with Three today and on previous occasions hoping to serve as information the reader can personally interpret when considering using Three's services. It's also a chance to let off steam and follow up the comment I made to the gentleman on the phone about letting as many others as possible know that Three dont care if their customers are unhappy.
