I am in my 7 month contract with three and recently had to phone their customer services due to an issue with my cash back. It was quite difficult to get my message across to the lady from the otherside of the world. I could hardly understand a word she said apart from the fact that she could do nothing to assist me in my cash back issue. She said she could escalate the matter further if I so wish which I aggreed to. I was supposed to be contacted in a few days. A few weeks went by without anyone from three getting back to me so I decided to email their customer services. Lo and behold a few days later I was contacted by the same Lady (trust my luck). She went on to say there was nothing that could be done for me as they had absolutely nothing to do with my cash back (No Sympathy at all). My next step on my mission to receive my cash back was to write to 3 in Glasgow. Three weeks later I received a reply from Glasgow, which said due to the fact that I had not included my phone number in my letter to them they could not get in touch with me by phone to discuss the issue. My name and address was not enough for them to establish my phone number to speak to me. They could not find me on their records. WELL THAT JUST SUMS 3 UP, USELESS .In any case they could not help me and that I would be billed as usual. I CANNOT WAIT FOR THE NEXT 5 MONTHS TO GO BY QUICKLY. I WANT OUT.
