What’s it all about
4head is a natural remedy for direct relief of headaches, delivering fast and effective relief without the need to take tablets.
What’s it supposed to do?
Once applied, tingling sensations occur followed by an analgesic painkilling effect.
How do I use it?
Remove protective top and cap, then simply twist from the bottom (as you would a lipstick/deodorant), and rub across the surface of your forehead. Apply sparingly, not excessively. This treatment is to be used externally on the forehead only.
Smells pleasant enough, kind of minty. I found the product somewhat overpowering if applied near to the eyes, enough to start an irritation.

All major Chemists/Health stores. (Boots, Lloyd’s pharmacy, superdrug etc).
Expiry
Mine says August 2006, so lasts a while before end date.
When not to use 4head?
If you are sensitive to levomenthol. This may also cause hypersensitive reactions including contact dermatitis.
How to store
Store away from heat sources, out of reach of children and replace protective caps after use.
Being a regular sufferer of headaches I bought this product. It was so highly advertised in magazines and frequently on television – I just had to try it. The product is simple to use and small enough to carry with you.
On first trying out this product, I have found the product to be disappointing, not as good as I had hoped. My headaches didn’t disappear and I found I ended up having to take a paracetamol in the end to combat my cure.
I have since tried this product on a number of occasions and have not gained any different results from it, apart from a tingling sensation which feels kind of funny and soothing, that’s all it seems to do. Hours later, my symptoms were none diminished even after re-applying it and I found my headache actually felt worse rather than better.
This product is really handy and sounds so useful, but in my experience I didn’t receive the results it claimed to do.
