When I first started using them 3 years ago everything seemed fine, I got my page on the internet, I got my 50mb free space and 3GB bandwith, of which I used little and I had created a website.
... ...want and need people to see, and I'm finding that for the price I paid, I could actually get much better quality hosting from others for a slightly higher price but better service.

Today, with my "actual" website I find I have to call them once a week at a minimum in order to complain or get some advice or help on some issue or another. I have tried calling and although I usually get through, I have to be prepared to wait a while. I have emailed several times and do get a reply - but have to be willing to wait a week.
The website also tends to be 'down for upgrading' quite often, so beware.
With the package I have bought from 4uhosting I got 50mb storage space, 3GB bandwith and a free email address, which comes in useful at times when you dont want to post your private address on the internet.
For a.com, net, org, biz or info it is £6.99 a year to register. For .co.uk, org.uk etc it is £3.49 to register. For the .uk's it is free to transfer your hosting, although you have to stay registered with them for a minimum of 2 years - hence the fact that I am still with them.
Overall, this is very cheap and easy to use hosting if you simply want to play around with a website. For more proffesional websites I have to say that this is not for you. Therefore I do recommend it - but only to newcomers.
