    Advantages Advantages Range of exercises with 'watch points' - you can miss things out if you have eg problem knees

    This is an exercise book with a range of stretches and exercises aimed at toning the thighs and hips. It is very simply presented, with step-by-step instructions and accompanying pictures. In the 48 pages Sara Rose presents first a section on why to shape up, when is best to exercise (in the morning), where to workout and the clothes to wear whilst doing so. She then gives a short explanation of the way the body moves and the muscle groups in the thighs and hips and how toning these can help the whole body.
