I places an order for some samll items with them on 15th August. They emailled me on the 18th to say my order had been disptached 1st Class. When I still had not received it on the 22nd, I sent an email to check all was OK. I got a reply that was a cut & paste of their Ts & Cs. It's the 29th now and still no good or contact. What kind of UK mainland 1st class post takes that long? None. Looking at other comments on line, something is quite amiss with this lot. Even though people say they had a good experience, far too many bad ones for a good supplier!! ...

More like 7dayshock. Appalling customer service - no telephone contact, just a clunky feedback form. Rude and abrupt responses to questions. I made the error of purchasing a camera. Was sent a US/Canadian spec model complete with US charger plus a shaver adaptor to convert to UK! Not exactly ideal as a gift. When I requested a refund I was treated very badly and informed that I would need to cover the return costs, even though their T&Cs state that they would cover this charge for mis-sold items. Cheap, yes, but not worth it if you are spending over a tenner! ...
