Advantages: Great prices, cartridges do the job! Disadvantages: Print can be a little heavy, in which case use Draft mode!
I ordered a set of chipped black inkjet cartridges for the Canon MX850 multi-function printer - it was easy to find the cartridges that I needed for my printer, the ordering process was straightforward, prices (including VAT and delivery and volume discounts) were clearly displayed, and the order was received very promptly. The cartridges that I have used so far have worked just fine, the resulting print is perhaps a little heavier than with Canon ... ...saving yet more ink and money! The pricing is very competitive indeed, and in my experience represents excellent value for money, so I will definitely be buying some colour inkjet cartidges from the same range. I received 2 ink cartridges - one didn't work at all. A real pain as I needed it urgently to print worsheets for my school. I phoned 999inks and was eventually told to send it back - at my own cost. I argued that this was ridiculous as the fault was theirs. I did not see why I should have to pay for their faulty goods. I was then told that I'd be sent a prepaid envelope. I had heard alot about buying inks for good prices but this was really good I thought. I found a fullset of my ink cartridges (not Epson) for £13.95 and even included ... ...10-18% cashback! I thought... bargain! So went again and bought them even with the postal strike going on. I ordered the inks on the 24th October and received them on the 28th October. Even with the weekend between and the postal strike I received them in 4 days and only 3 working business days. I was rather pleased to say the least. They arrived in a bubble wrapped envelope and included the invoice, which reminded me what I paid and some business ...

...Black Remanufactured Laser Toner form 999inks.co.uk I was a bit nervous about ordering a 'remanufactured' toner cartridge but it turned out to be a great product and of course the price much lower than buying a Samsung new one. The package arrived very quickly and was straightforward to use so no problems there - even for technophobes! Overall I had no problems with the item and from my point of view its hard to distinguish it from a brand new one. ... ...think I got 3,000 pages from it, but then this is only an average and I do print out proofs of graphics so maybe thats why. If you have not tried a 'remanufactured' toner cartridge then I would say give it a go as from my experience they are absolutely fine. ...

I ordered my cartridges a month ago. The first disappointment was that out of 3 items that were shown as available on 999incs website only 1 was available for immediate delivery. 999inc email assured me that the outstanding items will arrive 'very soon'. I accepted partial delivery but was charged the total amount of the order. The first item arrived reasonably quickly. I started chasing for the outstanding items after two weeks and spoke with the ... ...technical excuses ('the stock we received was faulty, we had to return it'; 'there seems to be a problem with the computer system', etc.) and every time I was assured that the order would be with me the next day. It goes without saying that every time nothing happened the next day. I am still waiting for my cartriges. ...
