I booked a block of 13 lessons and paid more than a month ago. Received a letter from AA signed by the CEO of the company (Andrew Strong) saying the instructor will call me couple a days before to say hi.
Forget about someone phoning and saying Hi the instructor didn’t turn up on the day itself and nobody from the AA even called me. I was on holiday and came back 2 days before my holiday ends so that I can concentrate on my first lessons, all my family and friends knew that I have booked with AA and was very excited about learning to drive.
As the instructor never turned up on the day and time I phoned AA on 08000720635 a gentleman called Adam picked up the phone after I told him the story he put me on hold and then later tells that instructor never got the message as there was some computer error and that he will not make it today, I said Adam I had called couple of time even yesterday and spoken to one of your colleague that I have not received any call from anyone and he (forgot his name) said not a problem I will text the instructor to give you a call and he assured me that the instructor will be there at 11 am for my first lesson. On this Adam apologized and said can I book for you for next day, I said yes I don’t have any choice now do I.
The instructor text me at 11pm on the night said his name was Ali and if I am ok for 12-2 pm lessons. But my lessons were suppose to be from 10-12 pm. I text hime back that I have an appointmnet at 1pm. But Ali never showed up the next day at 10 am as well when i text him he text me back i am sorry i can't make it today will call later to sort out things. (After I text him, ridiculous!!!!)
I think this is the worst service i have ever received, I will like to let all new driving learners know so that they don't go through this as i did

Advantages: I passed! Learn in brand new Ford Focus, well trained Instructor, free AA membership for 12 months Disadvantages: cost - you pay for the good service you receive
