Micro ATX Form Factor: dimension: 9.6" x 9.2". The motherboard is very reliable. I can run my AMD atlon XP trouble free. The board front side bus is 333 MHz, which is fast enough. Besides, the BIOS is very simple and clear cut. There is not many options that was confusing. But the side effect is that you won't have many overclocking option other than tweaking multiplier and front side bus speed.
One thing I noticed was the on board graphic is slowing down the system a lot. If I use a AGP VGA card instead, the system will run faster, a lot faster. You won't notice the system trying to display the graphic bit by bit anymore. Another way to make system faster is to increase the memory. I originally have only 256 MB memory only, after boosting it to 512 MB memory, the system run a lot faster.
The on board sound is good, and enough for most people. Although I use just a simple speaker, but the sound is crytal clear.
I would reccomend to anyone that wants a cheap fast and reliable motherboard,
