Advantages: Built in GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Thumboard Disadvantages: Small keys
...I have been using iPaqs for many years and have recently upgraded from a H5550 to this HW6915. I am amazed by the speed and response of this device compared to that of my previous. The built in gps is fantastic, and works with TomTom a treat. The miniSD card slot makes an ideal accessory port for the larger cards, giving loads of storage. The phone works well, had it connected via Bluetooth to my Nokia Car Kit and Headset and the quality is clear at boths ends. The battery performance seams good, as the device is in hot standby and not OFF after you press the power button, giving an instant reponse when powering up. When in standby, the phone will still ring when you recieve a call or text. The GPRS service is reasonable, so the Active Sync works fine and the browser is a full HTML browser, and not a mini HTML or simple HTML...

Old reliable Review ofMaxtor DiamondMax Hard drive 80 GBby
chrisball2000
...I bought this 80 Gigabyte hard drive two years ago for £70, having filled up my original 8 Gig one with various junk (music!) from the Internet.
I have been pretty happy with the performance of this hard drive. It is a fairly large hard drive and meets all of my storage needs. My hard drive has always performed quickly when accessing files on it, even when it is fairly full. It has always been reliable and I haven't had any problems accessing files on it or any bad sectors. This model works very quietly and is barely audible even when it is put under strain.
I found this hard drive fairly easy to install as it comes with an installation disk and a very thorough step-by-step guide on how to set it up. The guide describes how to affix your hard drive inside the PC, which cables to plug into it and how to change its settings to slave...

Advantages: Covers those nasty beige facias Disadvantages: stuck on with tape, slightly awkward to fit
...After getting a new case when upgrading my pc I wanted it to look smart and tidy so there was something to show for my effort and money. This was slightly spoiled by the prominent beige CD and CD-RW drives I had and the floppy drive.
A 'silver' floppy drive was easily found and not expensive to replace my old one. However to replace a CD-RW/DVD combo and CD-Rom drive would have been very expensive in comparison just so they didn't stand out. That was when I first noticed these.
At around £6 each they were much cheaper than replacing the drives and provided the same benefits. Actually being made of aluminium also makes them more silver and less grey than the silver effect plastics you can get with some drives.
The only slight problem with these is fitting them. You are supplied with extra strong double sided tape that has been cut...
