...Beautiful bit of kit that doesn't work! Problems are : 1. Bad design. Either that or it's broken (AEG now taken it back) 2. AEG customer services inability / unwillingness to do anything! It may be the design at fault. A microscopically small pellet of coffee is used. Around 25% of expected volume on a decent machine. The real problem is AEG customer services. Sent an engineer, who DIDN'T ACTUALLY TRY IT OUT just supposedly diagnosed a problem and carted it off. Waited and waited x weeks, x months for non-available part. Got fed up, demanded a replacement. No problem they said. Since when, nothing but evasion, lies, broken promises. "We are out of stock across the UK". Escalating to legal action now. Not what you expect for £800.... Read review

...Right well, I have just recently moved house and this little number was sitting in the kitchen ready and waiting. I didn't think twice about it because in all fairness - its a washing machine, you know? But when the time came to use it, I was quite impressed. This electrolux machine has a very easy to use control panel (and I'm useless at trying to make things work!), it seems a lot quieter when spinning than other machines I've heard and it has a high energy efficiency rating.
