I bought this product hoping for high reliability - as a mum of four, I need it. Unfortunately, I got the poorest performance I've ever had from a washer-dryer. The drying program was pathetic compared with my previous Hotpoint washer-dryer (which had cost half the price of the AEG model). There were plenty of quick washing cycles on the AEG, but none significantly faster than the quick washes on the Hotpoint. To cap it all, the entire thing shuddered to a halt when I'd been using it for 18 months - the concrete block in the base had split in two. I wouldn't recommend this machine at all, in any way.
