I ordered a LG LCD 32 inch TV on Tuesday and it was delivered two days later on the Thursday, fantastic site no delivery charge and this TV was £100 cheaper than in Argos.

...a 32" Samsung TV from AJ Electronics. I'd never heard of them, but they came high up on price comparison sites for this particular TV model. From start to finish the customer service was great...an easy to navigate website with a simple, secure checkout process. Not only that, but AJ also feature on cash back websites such as TopCashBack, so extra discount can easily be found. My only negative for AJ is that they use City Link as their courier of ... ...my TV! However, this gave AJ the opportunity to prove its customer service excellence...a brief phone call led to me being offered a second TV to be sent out ASAP on a day of my choice, including Saturdays, at no extra cost. To top this off, they even offered to use a local courier for me as I wanted nothing more to do with City Link...brilliant! ...

...new Apple 13" MacBook Pro, AJ Electronics weren't the cheapest... but almost. Where they won my business was their quick delivery as other cheaper websites had longer lead-times, or lied about products being in stock. AJ are also an authorised Apple reseller which means you can buy such products with confidence from them as Apple don't award such a status to any old retailer. I called them on a Monday afternoon telling them that I desperately needed ... ...guarantee this, I was pleasantly surprised when informed they were in stock and one could be dispatched by courier within the hour meaning there was a chance I could have it for the next day. When I enquired whether this would cost me extra I was told 'no' and that this still came under their free delivery policy. The salesman then called me back shortly afterwards to confirm the transaction had gone through and to give me my consignment tracking ...

I have used this site previously and never had any problems, and they even rang me when I ordered a new digital camera and had ordered the wrong memory card and informed me that it was not compatible ...
I ordered an LG 42" 1080p TV on Wednesday 12th Nov 08 through the finance option. Their price was the best by £30 of anywhere on the web, with free delivery. Fantastic! I downloaded the finance forms, signed them at sent them back at 4pm on the same day. The TV was at my door on Friday 14th Nov 08, which was meant to be 3-5 day delivery. Amazing! I've never dealt with such fast delivery of such a big item, especially for free!
I will definitely be ordering from her again! ...

dont touch this company AJ electronics is an absolute shambles.0rdered a 50 inch samsung tv on the monday. was sent email saying tv would be delivered within 3 to 4 days.i was expecting it to be delivered on the friday but received no indication of when i might expect it just a message in the original email that i would be rung 1 hour before delivery.so on the friday in question i still had heard nothing so i decided to ring them..i was told that ... ...delivery was attempted..i then rang AJ electronics and was assured that a van would be sent later that day to make the delivery this was just a ploy to try and calm me down because i was very angry at this point at the lack of communication or care i had from this company.when the tv did not turn up later that friday i rang the office back and left numerous messages,i then sent numerous emails all without reply.they would not answer the phone on ...
