I personally find the cpu temperature is around 29 Degrees Celcius at its hottest.
The dual core capability makes u able to set affinity for programs, so if you wanted to do a virus scan, you could set it to CPU 0, and meanwhile set all programs you need to CPU 1, therefore no speed is lost.
On the whole, as a computer builder, i have bought about 50 of these so far, and will continue to do so until a faster processor hits the shelves. The installation was very easy, as with usual, it was just a clamp to hold the cpu down, and then the heatsink/fan presses it into complete place, ensuring it doesn't move and has maximum stability.
