AMD turion tl-58:- a great prcessor all round

Advantages: speed, perormance, no dodgy intel media graphics
Disadvantages: none really

SPEED

AMD is still conpetitive over a range!

Advantages: AMD, going up against mid range core 2 duos has my money!
Disadvantages: It is sad that the press made so much out of the high end winner

I agree with you that AMD has the lead in price and performance in a certain range of notebook and desktop porcessors, but I do not think a single benchtest has showed an high end Intel being bested by any AMD.
