Just changed my internet provider to AOL , sales rep spoke clearly and no pressure to make contract, Flexible in choosing what i wanted and got free modem, not being very computer minded had to phone support on a number of occassion and tech guys very helpful and dont try to prolong the conversation, even got a call back to see that everything was working fine, so i have noe changed my calling plan over to them, their tech line is free this way. Bills can be viewed very easy online and any queries dealt with promptly and effectively. From my point of view having priced a number of other providers they are competitive with their pricing stucture and above all keep me online. Nothing seems to be a problem to them .

Advantages: You can cancel your contract anytime, even in contract for slow connection problems Disadvantages: Call Center is not English and they dont respect customers.
