Advantages The price, it tastes okay.
Disadvantages There are better pates availible, it is quite difficult to spread, high in fat and salt.
I love pate, I think it's a lovely, indulgent treat and I occasionally pick it up when I see it at the supermarket. I spotted this product in the chilled sector at my local Asda store, it was situated near other meat products - it was ext to the salami and chorizo sausage. I decided to buy Asda's Brussels pate to go on some crackers and bread and although it was great value (around 55p for 175g) I was a little dubious and wondered if it would be as nice, as smooth and as rich as other brands I have bought.
