the asrock p4vm800 is an excellent motherboard extremely reliable and has good features. It is the p4 478 format and takes the prescott cpu,s including the 533 fsb version if you flash the bios through windows with the easy to use update from asrocks site. The board also has support for SATA as well as IDE drives and also has an 8x AGP slot as well as onboard video.I have used literally hundreds of these in system builds and the return rate is less than 1% so if you need a cheap reliable board look no further you will not be disappointed unless you need more than 3 pci slots. The board also has usb 2.0 support plus 2 extras headers on the board,it has a LAN socket and onboard 5.1 sound too
