Good little product Review ofASUS A8V-VM SE - motherboard - micro ATX - K8M890by

Advantages: Size, price and brand name Disadvantages: Had to buy power suply convertor
Well for the price this motherboard is great.
I was hunting around for a mothebroard that supported dual core AMD's but aslo DDR memory, then i relaised i needed a socket 939 instaed of socket AM2 motherboard. This is because i wanted to us emy old gig of ram.
So i found this on ebuyer at £30 - it is very small, which is good in some ways, makes wokring inside a bit of a hassle.
Has 2 sata conections, but not full speed only 1.5, but i can live ... ...moment, on board VGA LAN and AUDIO plus USB ports al working great. Druiver disc included is good plus bundled software.
Recived lots of extras like cables manuals druiver disc etc...
One downside is that i had to buy a 20 to 24 pin ower supply converter, however the mothebroard can run with the 20 pin onnection, but i dont advise it.
over all i would reccomend as this is veryv cheap but i have had over a month abd its still going strong. ...
