ASUS F7Se 7S059C

In my opinion the Asus F7Se S059C is an excellent all round notebook. I use it predominantly for Multimedia Entertainment and Gaming. It has a very clear 17" High Definition screen, with a clean crisp picture, excellent for watching movies. The general speed of this laptop is good, with 3GB of Memory and a dual core 2.4GHz CPU. Everything loads up very quickly and with minimal fuss. It has a 250GB HDD, split into two sections, one for the Vista OS and one for Data. It packs Vista home premium and a range of Asus utilities, such as Lifeframe, for the 1.3 megapixel webcam built in. It comes with a DVD rewrite drive with lightscribe disc labelling built in, so you can effectively "burn" a label onto a LightScribe disc. The laptop comes with 4 USB 2.0 ports and 1 USB, located on the back and side respectively. Also on the side is an HDMI port, for connecting to an external HD source, which it pulls off excellently. Another feature is a hotkey for determining power settings, Entertainment Mode, BAttery Saving, Quiet Office and High Performance. These offer varying processor speed limits and brightness displays at the touch of a button, perfect for on the move.
The only real downsides I personally find in the laptop is the weight can be a little annoying at times, especially if moving it with one arm, but this is rarely a problem.
Overall i believe this to be one of the best purchases i have made as it has never let me down once and comes with a global 24 month warranty, and for the price it is a steal.
