If I had known that they had made Vaio parts I wouldn't have touched it but so far (1 month only) it hasn't crashed. I had to buy independent software to turn the page-up key into a shift key, because as a touch typist the PgUp is where the Shift should be and everything I typed by instinct was a wreck. Asus Customer Care told me that there was no solution, but I found the above-mentioned software on the Web. Nice enough machine, well presented, quite pretty, and gorgeously small but, in my experience, poor customer support when a critical question
arose. Obviously think twice if you're a touch typist. Also, it comes with absolutely no office-type software if you buy from Dixons.
