Advantages: Excellent For Use In Gaming Disadvantages: Poor Installation software
The ATIFIREGLV3200 has many different good features about it, starting off with its high performance graphics with 128mb memory on board. It also has brilliant control over the system. It will not crash the computer because it can take any game at the moment because nothing has the minimum requirement of 128mb-Bit Graphics. It also features HyperZ III Technology . Full support for the latest OpenGL® API and Microsoft® DirectX® 9.0. Hardware accelerated rendering using OpenGL Shading Language and DirectX 9 HLSL and also Dual Monitor support. Overall I would have to recommend the quality of this graphics card to be high quality and it has excellent graphics and can run any software. In my experience I would definitly buy this if you were using it for business or gaming. ...
Advantages: DVI & VGA ouputs, AGP, little lag, Good Fleshtones, Affordable Disadvantages: Does get quite warm
Like a late night curry, this graphics accelerator is on Fire.
Before purchasing a graphics card you must answer this question, to decide which card is best for you.
I use my computer for:
A = Intensing online gaming / Digital photography
B = Office work
C = Both
If you answered A, B, or C then the graphics card I recommend is the 'AtiFire T2-128'.
I really recommend this card as it has so much to offer at such a small price!!!
Firstly, the card has both VGA and DVI outputs so there is no need to buy adapters, also you can use both outputs at the same time!! (Dual monitors).
Secondly, it has so much power thanks to the super fast AGP 8x interface (compatible with 4x as well) and a full 128MB of DDR memory onboard so there is no demand on the system memory. I mean this card is designed for power hungy CAD ...
Advantages: Great price per performance Disadvantages: Fair number of memory
By the very first time I saw this card memory, I was wondering if this card can do the hard work for my rendering system.
The memory (256MB) is not a plus although it's quite fair. But the effect of using smaller memory that makes me bought it. For the price of around US$ 800, this card performs quite good for rendering comparing to its big brother, ATiFireGLV7350. In some cases, this card has approximately same performance with V7350.
One thing that I should note is the noise produced by the cooler. Unfortunately I don't have the proper tools to exactly measure those noise in dB, but it was quite noisy.
Conclusion :
If you are dealing with a huge amounts of texturing data, despite of its 256MB memory, this could be a great card to get the job done. But if you don't, then find another card with bigger memory could be ...
