Advantages Customer Service

ATS Tyres and Exhausts, Willenhall Road, Wolverhampton.
Having heard so many horror stories about chain retailers of car products I was reluctant to visit my local ATS. A leaflet pushed through my door advertised a free tyre and battery check, and as I needed new tyres anyway took the car along, expecting to take their advice and go elsewhere.How wrong can one be? From the moment I arrive at the site staff were courteous and friendly, they advised me throughout the process of what was happening to my vehicle, and came back at the end with a very reasonable quote with no pressure to take it up. I was only too happy to give them my service.
I have been back since to renew an exhaust and had a similarly positive experience. I would recommend them whole-heartedly.
