...I have recently brought a Helios Skyhawk-130 from Greenwich Observatory Limited to which I paid £200. The telescope comes complete with EQ-2 mount Diameter of Primary Mirror 130mm with a focal length 1000 f/7.69 including 60x30 Finder scope, tripod, auto controlled clock drive, Barlow Lenses, eyepieces 10mm and 20 Super MA and instruction manuals.
I have compared the individual parts, which are readily available from most Telescope retailers and it totals £460 for the same items. The package supplied is excellent and caterers for all immediate needs.
The telescope sells it self as lightweight and portable which it is. Setting the Tripod legs to the correct height and level is a feat of endurance.
The view from the Telescope is very good although the I have not managed to use the EQ-2 tracing properly, which without a Planisphere...

...i recently bought a brand new kodak dc240 after the price was crashed from £400 to £130. i have not regretted it. the user interface is incrediblly easy to use, with options easy to select, and the range available is great. the camera includes an 8MB cf card, which, n the lowest resolution hold 119 pictures, and in the highest, 19 pictures. for hoe use this is pletny, and have never filled it up. usb download speeds are amazingly quick.
all in all, i would highly reccomend this, to anyone, especially at £130...
