Advantages: Good Value Product Disadvantages: None
...This is a good quality product that offers good value for money in the very short term. Although as with most products of this type, the value will deteriorate over time and should be able to get a cheaper version next year. It's a great device with plenty of features that I would highly recommend. This really is a wonderful piece of kit that should go well with many accessories because it really looks good. After using this product for a few months I have not so far come up against any reliability issues but only time will tell. I therefore would recommend the product. However, always think carefully as to whether you actually really need something before you buy it. We buy so many things nowadays that we don't really need.

...This is a very good value card - compactflash has been the most reliable over the years, I currently use a Canon 300d and use both the standand Sandisk cards and also the Ultra Sandisk card.
I have found that this card is superfluous to what I need, the speed is more than capable for the camera (and 99% of all others) There is no need to purchase the more expensive 'Ultra' product unless you have a very fast camera, such as the Canon 1D.
Features:
1. It is Available in 7 capacities: 64MB, 128MB, 256MB, 512MB, 1GB, 2GB and 4GB

3.High storage capacity
4.Non-volatile solid-state; no moving parts maximizes battery power. Data is not lost when power is turned off
5. Operating shock rating of 2,000Gs, equivalent to a 10-foot drop to the floor
6.Compatible with all digital cameras, handheld PCs...

Advantages: Tiny, Large capacity Disadvantages: Easy to lose, more expensive than other formats
...may vary from camera to camera, from my finding have found that it should be around 3Mb per second. This shouldn't hold you up to much, even on high megapixel cameras. Read speed is around 5Mb per second. This is signifigantly slower than for instance a Lexar 80xCompactFlash, but do we really need it to be this fast?
Although other XD brands area available, such as Sandisk, Fuji and Kodak - the Olympus xD-Picture Cards are the only ones that enable the Panorama function on Olympus digital cameras, allowing up to 10 images to be stitched together to create incredible vistas! Although I've not been able to try this feature (due to having a Fuji camera), this sounds like fun.
The 512Mb Olympus card I have comes with a 2 year warranty. I'd expect a 5 year warranty really, although have no reason to believe that the card will become faulty...

Having bought this card to be used in Canon EOS 20D & 40D digital cameras they are extremely rapid and much better than the lower speed Sandisk Compact Flashes or other makes. The cameras have not as yet had to stop shooting to allow the card to catch up more
