Advantages: Best bed i have slept in Disadvantages: No tube station close by
Me and my husband stayed at Marriott Marble Arch Hotel for our Wedding Anniversary,(Bonfire Night) we stayed from 4th - 6th November 2006 as i wanted to go on the London Eye this year as i thought we would get a good view of the fire works.
The hotel is of a very high standard and is kept well maintained, although we felt it was expensive for where it is situated compared to other hotels.
The bedrooms are very tastefully decorated and are quite roomy compared to other hotels. It had a queen size bed which is about the size of a double bed plus half again, the mattress was soft and comfortable (which i like) no good if you like a firm one and the pillows were large and fluffy, it is the best bed i have slept in i had a thoroughly good night sleep. The room also had a shower/bath and a sofa, TV with alarm clock and telephone, iron ...
Advantages: Well I passed! Instructors very helpful with loads of patience - what every learner needs Disadvantages: Using a Ford Focus to teach lessons.

I would have learnt earlier than I did but for financial reasons (being a student I barely had enough cash to live off (beer and burgers?) but over the summer I got a job and decided to invest the money wisely.
Why choose the AA?
The first ...
Advantages: Central location, friendly attentive staff Disadvantages: expensive drinks
We had our civil partnership ceremony in this hotel April 2006. The hotel is in the old Greater London Council building. As you can imagine this building was very grandoise when it was the GLC. Marriott have kept the wood panneling, oil paintings and ambiance of the time.
Our ceremony was held in The Library with great views over the River Thames toward The Houses of Parliament and Big Ben. Our wedding breakfast was in The Parliament Suite on the 5th floor with stunning views over the Thames and as it got dark and the lights started twinkling the view was unforgettable.
Rooms are a bit expensive £175 b&b (standard room) £204 b&b (riverview room) We paid for a riverview room and were upgraded to the honeymoon suite free of charge!
We had a very specific menu in mind; Haggis, neeps, tatties as a starter with roast beef, yorkies ...
