...It Could Have Been Worse by A H Benjamin It could have been worse is a tale of a little mouse who is trying to make his way home from his town cousins house…………on his way he encounters a lot of mishaps, I won't give all of the story away but here is an idea of the kind of things that happens to him along the way… He climbs over a thorny bush and loses his balance and falls to the ground….unknown to him though, a big evil looking grey cat is behind him and about to pounce just before he falls….and as he falls the cat pounces and misses him ending up getting entangled in the thorns…the mouse picks himself up saying "This isn't my lucky day" and the narrator says "But it could have been worse" Does mouse survive all of the accidents or does he get pounced upon? Hmmm well you'll need to read it to see….but bear in mind this is a children... Read review

Face ~ Benjamin Zephaniah
Review of Face - Benjamin Zephaniah by adzemaster

Advantages: Easy To Understand The Plot, Good Storyline!
Disadvantages: Could Have Been Longer!

I asked her the name of the author and set off to the school library the next day to find it. As soon as I found it I took it out and home to read. *About Benjamin Zephaniah* Benjamin Zephaniah has quite an interesting life and I will briefly explain it now. His full name is Benjamin Obadiah Iqbal Zephaniah, which is Christian, Jewish and Muslim. He was born in the district of Handsworth in Birmingham. (Which is kind of close to me!) He is a poet as well as a storywriter. Many of his poems and stories have a serious message and they cover topics like: racism, animal rights, pollution and equality between boys and girls. For more information about Benjamin Zephaniah and his works please visit his... Read review
