Advantages: Romping good read! Disadvantages: none
I am a big fan of Carole Matthews and have only just read this book. I've managed to find nearly all of her books in charity shops and this was well worth the £1.50 I paid! "When Ali's husband, Ed, finds out that she's spent time with another man, ... ...In a moment of madness he kicks her out and what started as nothing more than a minor indiscretion soon turns into a major affair." "...It's time for fate to play its part..."
I liked this book - I'm aware that it is never going to be classed as literature! But who cares if it's an enjoyable read. I read this on holiday and it was a perfect choice.
At 472 pages it's no Mills and Boon in length, but I think the length of the novel is worth it for ...
