The Mole Diaries are definately my favouritebooks of all time. I never tire of reading them and have just recently started reading them again.
The first book was made into a TV programme by the BBC, which is available on VHS on Amazon. I have never seen it, and I doubt it would be as good...

Advantages: Good for keeping memories Disadvantages: Might forget to fill it in
...a birthday party. It has the same border as the “Getting on the move” page. It asks for a photograph of the birthday guests and their names. Also, there’s a chart where you can write what the child got and who they were from. There’s a big space in the top left hand corner where you can place the child’s first photograph of them one year old. It asks for the weight and how long they were.
I will stop there for now but there’s still is a lot more in the book which I will continue in due course. I wouldn’t like to think I was going on, but if you like, I will update this review with the rest of the pages. Other pages in the book are called:

...I have one more novel that I´d like to introduce to you. It´s called "The diary of Ellen Rimbauer - My life at Rose Red". I´ve read this book in the English edition and don´t even know what it is called here in Germany, but I guess you don´t care about that anyway.

This is a bit difficult. On the book is written Joyce Reardon and an epilogue by Steven Rimbauer. In the book itself are no reverences to other authors. Nevertheless Stephen King fans actually know that the whole thing was kind of a "trick" of him and in the beginning people even speculated if he himself wrote this book, because the style is very similar to his own novels.
