What could possibly be more fun than losing weight? Thankfully, this site isn't concerned with losing weight as such, but with losing fat.
It isn't a slimming site. It's aimed primarily at men, and essentially consists of method and tips for losing bodyfat, and thus achieve both loss of weight and more defined musculature.
fatlosstips.com basically consists of a single page, on which the author (Anthony Ellis, presumably the guy in the photos on the site with rippling abs) writes about how to lose fat. As he writes, just cutting down calorific intake will tend to lead to you losing more muscle than fat (due to the way the body's metabolism works), leaving you without much muscle tone.
