Advantages: Great with lots of different fillings, Lower fat than most white bread Disadvantages: Can be too chewy for some people
***NEW YORK BAGELS***
New York bagels were founded in 1907 in New York City. Here making bagels became an art, simmering the raw dough in boiling water prior to baking was the best kept secret to create the chewy texture and lock in the flavour. The bagels were then stone-baked to create the ultimate perfect outer crust.
Bagels are one of the most nutritious bread products you can eat and ounce for ounce have less than half the fat of most white breads. New York Bagels are low in fat with less than 2% fat in their plain bagel.
New York bagels come in 7 yummy flavours including:
? Plain
? Cinnamon and Raisin
? Sesame Bagel
? Onion
? Multi Seeded
? Seeded Bran
? Fruit ?n Oats
I am reviewing the Sesame Seeds bagels.

Advantages: Central location Disadvantages: Rude receptionist
available were coming cheap. As an arch capitalist who is a firm believer in the supply and demand philosophy I had no real objections to being charged over and above the normal rates though I was still against paying unnecessarily over the odds for just one night. The Britannia, for instance, a three star hotel close to Piccadilly in central Manchester where I had stayed on my previous visit, wanted around £100 for the night. A nice hotel the Britannia may be but cheap it certainly is not. I instructed Expedia to find me an available hotel rated three stars and above without specifying any specifics such as air conditioning and swimming facilities. It came up, amongst others, with the Mitre Hotel.
I was intrigued by the description given of this place. It was described as being central, having thirty-two rooms and listing such amenities as ...

Advantages: Great taste, lots of varieties available, fantastic price. Disadvantages: None.
New York Bakery Bagels are my favourite brand by far and a packet of 5 is available from £1.13 from Tesco or www.tesco.co.uk and these are packaged in a plastic bag with a neck seal tab and this means that you can undo the bag, take out just one or two bagels & then reseal them for freshness.
These dough is produced, simmered in boiling water & then the bagels are stonebaked and they take on the most fantastic flavour & appearance. The outside of this particular bagel is glazed and a lovely light brown colour. These bagels can be toasted or eaten as they come, I generally toast these and I love a wide variety of toppings on them.
Cut them down the middle & add any topping of your choice (either after toasted or if you are eating as a sandwich) the bagels taste fantastic with spreadable cheese & Marmite or smoked salmon & cream ...
