Advantages: cheap, good sound and picture quality, easy to use Disadvantages: lacking some of the features of the higher end dvd players
This is a great player. I am currently on my second dvd player, having bought a cheap £110 Himage player, but replacing that with this player having found my himage was malfunctioning.
The Limit JDV-300A is a great machine, with good looks, and better features. Whilst the picture quality may not be as great as that of the high end sony machines, it is a lot better than most budget dvd players.]I bought this dvd player for £200 at Richer Sounds, and it is multregion and has built in dolby digital decoding.
It has an optical DTS/Dolby digital optical and coaxial outputs, an S-video output for better quality picture output, a scart output and a phono outputs for connection to a subwoofer, centre, front and rear speakers.

Advantages: Cheap, multi-region, plays PAL (native) and NTSC (just about)DVDs Disadvantages: Frame rate not always smooth and appearance dated.
I bought the Limit JDV300A as a second DVD for the bedroom. Performance wasn't as important as my main player (I keep a Pioneer DV-606D as my main player). However multi-region and the ability to play both PAL and NTSC disks was essential. The machine fulfils my expectations and it only cost £199!
The Limit is made with multi-region capability, unlike many players that need a hardware modification. Using the handset, you press eject to open the tray tap in the number 8926 and then the number of the region you want (or 9 for noregion). The limit is packed with features and for the money, I would be very surprised if anyone could do better.
Don't expect perfection though - the frame rate is not as smooth as expensive players and the box is a little dated silver with chrome look buttons (not that you'll be using them as the remote ...

Therefore here's a review of Big Brain Academy, Nintendo's first attempt at brain training/memory games on the motion sensing Wii.
Big Brain Academy is an extremely simple game. There's not exactly very much to it and you could easily complete all that the game has to offer within a few minutes.
