...was worth £50 in the BT shop so all in all a good deal specially as the phone came without the included batteries and I was sent another phone also. The technical support is good in my opinion even the Indian call centres have a good working knowledge of the product which is rare, tech help is available on the phone 24 hrs a day unfortunately it's an 0845 number. Stay connected with AOL

Advantages: Great service and easy surfing
Disadvantages: none (yet??)

I have been an AOL customer since the year dot and I have enjoyed the service which they provide. I started with dial-up, which was, as I now know, as fast as a snail on sleeping tablets, then I moved onto broadband, from AOL 4 through to AOL 9 and now AOL VR. Ntl good or bad ?

Advantages: Great deals for the phone internet and tv
Disadvantages: Find my phones bills are very high

Don't trust Tesco

Advantages: None
Disadvantages: Where do I start.

I used to have my internet with Tesco, BUT NOT ANYMORE. One day last year I tried connecting to the internet, and I was unable to. I contacted Tesco's helpline where I was told I had not paid my last direct debit. When I informed them I had and I had my bank statement as proof I was told it would cost me £30.00 payable immediately by credit card, I was dumbfounded.
