On my kitchen wall I have a very nice clock, which I have had there for a long time now. It cost me about £15 and it’s a plain looking clock called an Acctim Orion Wall clock but I got it because I liked it that it was quiet and didn’t have a loud tick tock noise.
It’s plain looking but suits my house. It would go well in either a more old fashioned home or in a young modern home because it’s neutral and will match anything. The clock face is white and it has got a nice silver trim all around the edge, but not a thick trim, just a fine one.The size of the clock is 320mm so it’s bit enough to be seen by me when it’s hanging on my kitchen wall and I don’t have to go right over to have a look at the time. The numbers are not Roman numbers they are in plain numbers and they are in deep dark silver and the hands are in deep dark silver aswell and it has got a second hand, which is in a lighter silver. It looks quite attractive. When the hands go round you never hear anything at all, it is completely silent and I like this about this clock.
My clock came with a one year guarantee but I’ve had it for a lot longer than that and it’s a very reliable time keeper and it never goes too fast or too slow, it keeps excellent time. The clock didn’t come with any batteries though and I had to buy these separately. The batteries last for almost one year and they seem to last a very long time.I am very pleased with my kitchen wall clock and glad I bought this one.
