    Ace Cards & Gifts Keep...

Ace Cards & Gifts are the worst people I have ever dealt with. They claim that I owe them money when I do not. I received some items from them which were very cheap & nasty and obviously made in China. I sent them back and they claim to have not received one item which was priced at £10. They then added other charges onto this £10 which made it untenable to pay. They continue to send letters adding even more charges and it's up to well over £100 now. They send a continual stream of heavily threatening letters which I feel are on the borderline of illegal, and may even be illegal, especially as they constitute continual harassment.

Ace Cards & Gifts sent me sub-standard imported junk and once they have you in their grasp, they keep trying to take more money from you, so a £10 purchase has the capacity to make them 10x the amount by them inventing payment default methods that leaves you fearing court.

This company is so dubious they appear to even write their own reviews on forums if you read around. Some reviews are nothing more that PR and selling exercises.

Trying to speak to them gets you nowhere, their mission it would seem is to extort funds from you by any means at their disposal.

They obviously struggle to sell some of their cheap goods, so sending items back due to their poor quality is not an option. Their main income is obviously extracting funds from the elderly and single parent families who are on a low income who feel the need to get involved with these Sharks. They use a company called UK Default Recovery to do their money matters. They send intimidating and threatening letters.

They should be investigated by the Consumer WatchDog, or by Rogue Traders !
