My previous experience with this company was that my payment went missing for a £6.99 set of labels so they kept adding a £20 fee. In the end I had to get a solicitor fiend to help me daft a letter to sort it out. I decided after a period of two years to give them another try but pay immediately to avoid the payment hassle again. I Ordered a reduced priced cardigan online on 12/12 with a promise that it would be delivered by Christmas but there was an ambiguous statement saying I was not eligible for the offer so I called them and waited ages on 0871. They could not trace my order so I reordered over the phone and I followed this up a day or two later and was unable to cancel either order despite the fact that both orders were not dispatched until 16/12. It is now early January and I have still not received either order. I held on the 0871 number for quite a long time and I was told that I should contact my local sorting office and after that they will try to track them. I have paid for both cardigans and have the feeling that I will have a long hard fight to get a refund or the goods. Their Customer Services department seems to be outsourced to India which is not at all helpful
