This catalogue is the worst catalogue i have ever give my custom to,i ordered a pair of rockporrts for my bfs bday which wen i ordered them i woz told and also stated on the internet mypurchase would takke 3-7 days, wen they were late, i rang them waiting 15 mins to get thru. i woz told the item had been dispatched and to wait , so i waited another week then foned again also waiting another 15 mins on the fone, they said the driverr had tried to delliver the item and i wasnt in.... so why didnt he leave a slip to say so( im sure they were fobbing me off)they sed i had to wait till it was 14 days llate then they wud make an 'investigation'. . when i foned bk yet again waitng 15 mins or so the reply i got was wait longer, which by this time i woz very angry, the person on the otha end woz rude and said it woz 14 WORKING days which is rubbish becoz on the website it says days 3-7 DAYS, then ive had to reorder and wait anotha 14 days, they dont seem to care about customer CARE whatsoevaa, i cant imagine how much i have spent on the fone ringing and being on hold for so long. Needless to say my bf presant woz not on time for his bday even tho i ordered it 2 and a half weks in advance .They have cheek to charge 20 pounds a month late fee when they couldnt reallly give a crap that they are not delivering a service they are promoting, how can this b legal?!?!?! STAY AWAY FROM THIS CATALOGUE, I WILLL NEVER EVER USE THIS CATALOGUE AGAIN!!!!! Since writing this i have spoke to trading standards on the fone and they have said the folllowin: To write to ace catalogue with the order number and wen it was ordered also explaining under the CONSUMER PROTECTION DISTANCE AND SELLLING REGULATION 2000 you would like to cancell the item and a full refund within 30 days and ny charges relating to that item be reinbursed.make sure you send it recorded delivery and keep the receipt as proof of date, also keep a copy of the letter sent. if they do no reply to you or refund your money in full you have the right to take them to court for breach of contact.but i would ring bk trading standards for further information about that. I really hope this helps you all

This was absolutely awful to read and whilst I don't mind text talk in a text I do not expect to read it in a consumer review, which is a rant as opposed to about the company itself

Sorry for my rating, but as others have said this is more of a rant than a review of the company. Plus 'text speak' in a review, ie bfs bday, fone etc. isn't really acceptable for a consumer review.
