This screen was purchased in order to create more desk space in the new office and is used with a time computer running XP and used mainly for internet, word processing and most importantly for this screen it is used for watching movies and anime episodes. I thought it was time for a new screen so I went looking. When I tell you that my first TFT screen, an Illama 15 inch, cost me £400 - and that was trade price - the first thing you will realise is that the price hasn't just dropped, it has hurtled like a forest full of lemmings. When I mention that the Illama was followed by a 17 inch Samsung for £299 you will see that the trend was a good one. The Acer, which I think is the best of the lot, was £128, since buying I have seen it as low as £124.
