Acer AcerPower Sd - C 2.6 GHz

...I received my Acer laptop a few weeks ago; I expected it to be quite good as I have had an Acer Aspire tower for the last 6 months now. The laptop comes with Windows Vista basic pre installed on it, along with a trail version of Microsoft Office 2007 and 3 months trial version of Norton's Anti Virus. You also get the full version of Microsoft Works that comes with Works Word Processor, Works Spreadsheet and Works Database. It did not come with a web cam but I do like the Acer Empowering Technology that come as standard on all Acer computers/Laptops, which include Acer Arcade, Acer Game Zone and an Acer Tour that shows you how to use the Empowering program. This model came with an Intel Celeron Processor 540 (1.8 Ghz), 80 GB Hard, DVD + RW Super multi writer, and 1GB DDR2 memory, the hard drive tends to be split into 2, your C: drive... Read review

...yes this is a nice little home setup as it is cheap and still quality and will surve your needs; aprox 3.00ghz processor this is good as the highest ranges around 3.6ghz-4ghz 80gig hard drive 512mb RAM (min reqirements for windows is 128mb RAM) Hyper threading all stardard conector types well most of the specs other than these are standard such as intrgrated audio and such if you want computers of a similar specs that are just as cheap ebuyer is the best site to go to it has all the parts you need and full setups realy cheap (you have to assemble it your self) also in my opinion Acer and Amd products seem to be the best quality for your money you will also find amd's at ebuyer i hope this helps you :)...
